does anyone know what is considered a "normal/average" time frame it takes to conceive before you should wonder if either partner has a problem?

If you're in your 20's then a dr would normally recommend you try for at least a year, sometimes 18 months before they will refer you to a fertility clinic. If you're in your 30's up then it's about a year. Also depends on if you've had previous pregnancies that ended in miscarriage, age of your partner.

How long have you been trying hun?
