Normal signs of pregnancy?

This is going to sound a dumb question but what are the most common or normal signs of pregnancy??

Yes, I know I have been pregnant twice before (one successful pregnancy and one not) but as I have problems concieving I didnt realise I was pregnant till quite late on.
I know people mention when your body is getting ready for a pregnancy you get a crampy feeling and or pains, but due to my problems most of the symptoms are like a every day occurence.

I had help concieving before and doctors said hopefully after having my daughter I might not need help concieving again.

There are a few things making me think I could be pregnant again but not sure, so thought I'd ask here.
I'm having sever crampy feeling down below and when I go a wee there is a slight bit of blood but the tiniest amount and its only when I wipe after I've had a wee (sorry for tmi) Its been like that since Friday.
I don't usually like raw onions and I can't get enough of them and I keep getting sever headaches/migranes (doubt that is a symptom but hey thought I'd add it lol).

I'll probably do a test later when I've bathed and put LO to bed, but any replies or advice would be great.

I had increase in CM
Sore boobs
Tugging sensation in lower abdomen - with cramps too
A bit of bleeding at 8 week
Fatigue
Bad skin
Dry scalp!

All I had was MEGA sore boobs, but it was severe enough for me to test - felt like I'd been kicked in the armpits!!

i hade the mega sore boobs too, but also just had a general feeling that i was pregnant, turned out to be right even after a week of OH telling me i wasn't! got everything crossed for you huni x

I had migraines for the short time I was pregnant, but they were a little bit different from my normal migraines, sounds odd, but hey

I kept getting really dizzy and was constantly thirsty. Then came the sore, veiny boobs then the dreaded sickness!!

Yeah i had really really sore boobs and felt ridiculously tired xxxxxx didn't test untill i was around 9 weeks though, i think i was in denial lol xxx ohh yes and i couldn't get enough of eating houmous xxx

Ahhh not another one, Esmé was a summer baby last year and it killed me in that heat with my clingy uniform ect lol. But thank you for your kind words. To be honest I think its going to be another trip to the doctor before I manage.to get pregnant again. Xx
