no sleeping

my daugter was sleeping through and wakes up once or twice a night. she is seven and a half months and sometimes i get groggy when i don't sleep.
she eats well and naps twice a day, she is using alot of energy during the day as she crawls and stands.

any advice

might she be teething? I can understand the sleep less night, my LO is 4 months and I am sooooo bored of the night feeds

If you find anything that works, let me know. Lol! I'm still up about 6 or more times a night with my 11 month old.
