No heart beat in the 7th week

Is it normal to see no embryo and heart beat in the 7th week?
Also the sac size is smaller only 10 mm.

Are these normal or I should be concerned?

Have you had a scan hun? What did they say?

My doctor said we need to wait. It can be it’s too early and it’s not visible. But I am worried too much. I have another scan next week.
Good part was when I did my scan in my 5th week we saw the sac was way too small and it has grown but smaller compare to normal size . My doctor said we need to wait and see. I am just curious to know if anyone else have similar scan experience in 7th week.
