Night time walk

Just been for a night time
Walk down by the river, heard it can help bringing on labour? Walking that is not rivers

Lol I live near the river too, wouldn't walk down there at night though too many pervs xxxxxxx

best thing is just walk up and down the stairs constantly it does work evenutally x

Yip, go with the stairs if you can. That helped me.

You have no idea how seriously steep my stairs are, noticed the last few days it's harder for me to get up them, have to get the dog to pull me up haha

lol - even better. i did an outside set in our town that are bloody awful - i wont walk up them usually, i tend to take the long way round instead, but walked round the block and up those stairs 4 times the night i went into labour!!

try as mc clean says and just walk up any it works wonders

It's bloody painful, I don't think anything will get this baby out, I never keep still
