night sweats

anybody else suffering from night sweats? This last week mine have been terrible where my whole clothes and bedding gets absolutly soaked and it's like waking up in a swimming pool.....

I've been geting them too recently- not every night but usually for a spell of a few days or so and then they settl down again. It's not very nice waking up soaked, I always have to strip off because I can't stand the feeling of wet fabric on my skin.

My feet are always cold!! Now they're sweating like anything, as are my hands! It's not good!

I've also found i'm warmer in bed, and sweating, but i thought it was due to the weather being a bit nicer

I am such a sweaty betty at nights. I usually have a packet of baby wipes next to the bed so I can give myself a quick wipe down in the middle of the night!
