night out & expressing

I have a night out a week on friday. Have had DH preped for this night since before LO arrived.

Have been thinking this week about how much i'll need to try and express during the week to make sure he has plenty of milk in.

I'll probably need to leave the house around 6pm, and doubtfull be home before 1/2am.

But just realised - im guessing i'll need to express while im out or im gonna end up really full???

You could express from both sides before going out to empty then and risk it then express once home or express while out but if no fridge you would have to pump and dump it down drain.

guess i could try before I go out. but it can be stored at room temp for 10 hours, so wouldnt have to dump. xxx
