My DS is 4.5 months old and I'm using aldi number 3 nappies which have been fine up until now. Everyday of the last couple of weeks he has woken up in the morning with a big wet patch on his back. This occasionally happened before but not this regularly! He's usually been in the nappy for just under 12 hours although last night I changed him at 3.30am and he had a wet patch at 7am.

He is a really wiggly baby and constantly kicks at night. I don't know whether using a different brand will help or whether the kicking just makes gaps? Any advice ladies? I'm fed up of washing grobags and sheets everyday! Plus I'm sure he'd have a bit of a lay in if he wasn't soggy!

Thanks!

We were having the same problems and moved up to 4+. I found vests stop Aldi nappies absorbing so on nights he's in vests we change his bum before we go to bed.

hi ive been using size 3+ pampers super dry/baby-dry (either works) and get 12-15hrs with a nearly full nappy...our lil miss also a wriggler and turner and not had any leaks since moved to pampers at 4 months old...cost more but one per day so not too bad...

We use Aldi in the day but pampers at night as the seem to absorb better for the longer period of time.

I swapped from pampers to aldi as I had the same problem but he wore a size bigger at night and this stopped the leaks

Thanks everyone! Tried the size 4 aldi nappies last night and no leaks! Yay!

I switched to pampers baby dry with my daughter for bed times around size 3 too - they are amazing nappies I love them x

We also use pampers baby dry for night time. My son has been a heavy wetter since he was a newborn and kept soaking through his vest and jammies. They are a lot more absorbant.
