Hi all. New to all this so bear with me. Had a miscarriage at about 7 weeks on New Years Eve which had to be removed with the tablets (didnt want surgey, think I was punishing myself). Anyway I had no period for 7 weeks which apparently is normal and Ive had regular 27 day cycles ever since. We are TTC again with no luck so far. Could this tablet, which I believe is used in terminations have any long lasting side effects??

We are getting rather stressed that something is wrong. Partner had :sperm: checked which came back 'satisfactory'. Im a 29 year old ex smoker and occasional drinker. Are there any supplements which might gently get things going as I know the GP will say come back in 6 months.

Been a regular reader on here so know you lovely lot will put my mind at ease x

Hi hun! Sorry to hear about it! I would say don't worry about what happened... don't even try to find out about the impact of the tablets. Focus your energy in improving your health, your diet, your environment and how you feel. All impact our fertility. Yes, there are many fantastic natural products you can use that for sure will help you. Take 3 months as a minimum to prepare your body. Look for a good natural fertility programme and follow it. There are sooo many excellent things that you can do. If you want to start tonight, make sure you are drinking lots of water, get more salads in every meal and get a good walk for exercise. But you really need a proper fertility boosting programme. The sooner the better. You are young, but with this, there's no time to waist and no money to waist. Best of luck!!!

Thank you so much for the reply. I exercise 4 times a week on the Xbox Kinect but I was wondering could that be too intense? Must admit since quitting smoking my weakness is Diet Coke so I think I have to cut down on this. Want to keep it all as natural as possible, we are very much in love but dont want babymaking to become a chore or clinical.

If anyone has any spare babydust laying around feel free to throw some this way ha ha xx

:dust::dust::dust::dust:

lots of baby dust for you, sorry to hear about your mc... you will get your BFP soon and like purna said, dont worry. worring and stressing can mess up your cycles.. so try to relax and enjoy :bd: and it will happen for you.

Good Luck xx
