New Years Resolutions

So come on, what are yours? I am not really one for NYRs but I thought I probably should try some this/next year. So here are mine:

1. Slim down. I have been lax over xmas and need to get back to the gym. I WILL fit nicely into that pair of jeans I've been keeping for years 'just in case' I happen to lose 2 dress sizes :lol:
2. Get organised. Stop forgetting to do things, write important things down, get off my lazy butt.
3. Do my course work. I have enrolled on 2 courses and have done precisely 2 assignments so far. I need to get on with it.
4. Stop worrying so much. I worry too much about everything: weight, looks, TTC, work. I need to just relax and go with the flow.
5. To get knocked up! It is my mission this year :lol: I WILL have a baby this time next year.

What are yours...?
 
I don't normally bother with NYR's as I have zero willpower!! But, if you insist, this is my list...

1. Stop being a fat b*stard!!! I need to get off my lazy butt and do more exercise, stop eating crap and do my yoga EVERY morning instead of when I can be bothered!

2. Get pregnant...think this should've been no 1!

3. Stop having daydreams about stapling various objects to my irritating boss's head....don't think this one is actually possible because she is SO annoying!

4. Watch less TV and do more practical things (like finish my crochet blanket & oh's suit of chainmail as he wants to wear it to do a marathon in ~ nutjob!)

5. Go to allotment more and actually grow things this year instead of letting it all die...oops :oops:

6. Be more tolerant of stupid people!

Well, that's the plan!
 
i could list loads but hey lets be realistic! :rotfl:

1) get my bfp
2)quit smoking
3)eat healthier/ loose some weight


i think that will be enough to keep me busy
 
Chain mail? Handmade!! Nice one! I tried it with jewellery making a while ago but didn't have the patience lol

Mine would be to have a baby!!!
And to lose the weight I've gained and get back to 9 stone!

You know how everyone has one weird thing they can do....making chainmail is mine!!! That's how me and OH met, at a re-enactment stall at freshers fair.

Too get pregnant!
To lose weight sensibly while pregnant and not turn into a heffer.
To get more organised with my house etc
To have more patiance and time with my kids.
 
1. move to a bigger place
2. get a bfp
thats aabout it really, i would say diet but it never lasts lol
 
1) to look after my mum once my dad has moved out. also to make sure my dad is coping too.
2) to get pregnant
3) to finish my course if my center ever sends me the paper to apply for my exam :evil:
4) to save up for LO
 
try to eat a bit healthier and put on a bit of weight

try to save money and spend less on crap

HAVE A BABY! i wanna get pregnant in feb as soon as we try, so really hope we lucky and i give birth before 2010!
 
oooh I have weird things too - i like making my own jewellery and I knit/crochet occasionally. I'm not very good but still, it's relaxing

I know. I'm soooo middle-aged :lol:
 
To get pregnant. I really want to be pregnant by my 32nd birthday in September
To lose more weight I've been really healthy this year (apart from xmas!) but I still need to lose a bit and tone up more.

Enrol in college Not sure what yet!
 
1. get pregnant
2. lose weight (although not while pregnant, maybe just tone up or not heffer up too badly!)
3. get a job
4. keep a tidier house

I'm going to give NYR a try this year...

1. Get a BFP
- but not get obsessed with TTC...yeah right!

2. Get down to a size 10/12
- I started in Jan 2008 at size 22. I'm now size 14, so not to far to go...fingers crossed!

3. Do well in my uni assignments
- Started my degree in Sep 2008, doing well so far so need to keep it up
 
DEFO get a BFP,,here we come 2009 :dance:

Take much more exercise

eat much less...boring really
 
Get my BFP
Continue walking with my friend and her dog at least 4 times a week in the aim to prevent SPD returning with the next pregnancy.
Stop moaing so much
Be more positive
Be more focused on my work instead of obsessing about bfp's even tho I haven't ttc yet :rotfl:
 
1. To lose the last 10lbs and look fab on my wedding day
2. To be happy and more relaxed about life and not let things get to me so much
3. To have a bfp before 31/12/2009 :D
 
1. To lose the 35lbs (!) I've gained since moving to the UK 5 years ago (stupid Cadbury's and crappy weather...)
2. To get my sticky bfp
3. To pray more
