New to formula feeding

Hi, I have 5 kids, pregnant with my 6th but have never formula fed.

My sister is due next month and the baby will be coming to live with me full time. Due to this, baby will need formula feeding.

What bottles do I need? What's the best formula? How many bottles can be made up in advance?

Iv got tommee tippee bottles and have never had any problems with them, my baby is on sma gold but that's purely because that's the brand of little emergency bottles we had for the hospital incase I couldn't breast feed. I also have a tommee tippee perfect prep machine so don't make the bottles up in advance because that makes them fresh in 2 mins. I know other people will boil the kettle in the morning and fill the bottles up with some water and then top them up with boiling water later when u actually use them to kill the bacteria in the powder.

I also used a cold water steriliser which iv never had any issues with, it's just a 5l lunch box from tesco! good luck xx
