New mattress

Do I need to get a new mattress for the moses basket. Its only had Leah in it and its been away on top of the wardrob.

I would say yes, I've got my moses basket handed down from my brothers baby, and the mattress he used for his son was totally bent out of shape, even from just three months use.

Definitely get a new mattress! All the baby books recommend it!
