sorted oh no.... someone came round again to day and said that the leaking is coming from under his bath. so they have switched off his water and the laeking has stopped

but now i have to wait for a call to say that they are going to pull his floor up and fix the leak, then ripp my ceiling down and fix that

we've got a loong way yet.
