Need a meal idea....

Hey all,

I have been doing amber alot of chicken and veg dinners blended up so thought i better change and challange her pallet.....so apparently fish is ok...

so i have a bit of cod...what can i do with it??

How about cod in a mild cheesy sauce or maybe a tomato sauce

Or with mash potato? Though that may be a bit bland...

Butter/Parsley sauce?

I am trying to make some nice meals alls i eat is chicken chicken chicken so dont want her to end up like me!

cook the cod in milk, it tastes sooo good, and good for baby how about doing a fishermans pie? cook some cod/salmon (not sure about prawns for baby) put it in some butter sauce then mash on top with grated cheese and bake in oven. Delicious! Millie used to love it.
