Hi ladies

Me again...

I'm 9 weeks.. and have had no morning sickness but have been having nausea and lost appetite ..

I hope I don't sound stupid, but is nausea considered morning sickness. I have always asssumed it's meant throwing up... but looking online people are stating it is..

I’m almost 13 weeks and no chucking up has occurred for me either, but I have felt extremely nauseous kind of like a sea sickness. I’m under the impression this is still ‘morning sickness’ although like a lot of other people mine isn’t just in the mornings. In fact I feel much worse in the night.

Nausea is morning sicknes. Not sure why it's called 'morning' as it can bother you at any time of day x

What to expect at 9 weeks pregnant? What’s happening inside your body?

Your uterus is still growing and you are probably feeling extra bloated but don’t forget that this mainly happening to you because of the hormones floating around your body. At 9 weeks pregnant, you’ll probably experience the following symptoms:

Mood Swings
The changing levels of hormones in your body can make you moody and upset at many times. You may find yourself crying for no obvious reason or no reasons at all!

Blood Circulation Increase
With pregnancy, you will have seven to eight litters of blood in your body which means two to three extra blood litters than normal situation. You may feel dizzy as your blood volume increases.

Nipples Change
At 9 weeks pregnant, your nipples will become larger and turn darker.

Frequently need to pee
At this phase, the expanding uterus is pressuring more on your bladder and increasing your trips to the bathroom.

Gas
Most pregnant women experience a gas issue but it is totally normal. To relieve yourself, you should avoid meals producing gas like cabbage.

Nasal Congestion
At this phase, you may experience some nasal issues so it is better to keep issues reachable.

Headaches
Again, pregnancy hormones take control and headaches are totally normal!

I hope I can helped you, pragnancyhouse

I've been sick once in the evening but that's all. I've felt nauseous though all day long some days, today I needed to lie down it was so bad. I callit morning sickness

I’m sick once a day at the moment in the morning before I eat anything (7 weeks). Then I just feel sick about 70% of the time. I find that even though you may not feel like eating it does help to eat.

Id definitely include nausea in part of morning sickness. I'll avoid being sick at all costs if I can (Im weird that way I just hate it) but Im feeling sick almost all day right now. Any nausea, sickness any type of day for any length of time is still morning sickness. x

I’m the same here, I’ve got a phobia of being sick and needles so pregnancy is definitely the one for me. Haha. There are many times I probably would’ve thrown up, but over the years I’ve mostly been able to control it and breath my may past it. Hopefully I can do the same with birth, hehe.
