Henry's been head down since 20 weeks but has obviously decided that he's had enough and has just moved. His head is now on my left, got a lovely pair of feet sticking out of my right side! Is there anything I can do to get him to move? After hearing a woman screaming having her baby turned I don't fancy experiencing that. Bloody typical that he's turned, cheeky monkey xx

I had the same she wasn't head down at 34 weeks so I had a look on youtube there are quite a few videos on how to help encourage them to turn head down anyway the one I did was lying flat on my back with cushions under my legs and hips to raise up quite high I then held an ice pack at the top of my tummy I did this 2 or 3 times a day the theory being they move away from the cold....anyway hey presto the next scan 2 days later and subsequent mw examinations I had she was head down....May just be coincidence but I was quite pleased. Have a look on youtube there are quite a few videos worth a look if nothing else....good luck !

Thanks so much for the tip hun xx

Ahh naughty boy, yes ive heard about the cold peas etc to turn them! Good luck

My son was head down until 31 weeks!! Then went breech untill 36 :) can't see a ticker to see how far gone you are?

I was sure my little girl turned to breech but in fact it's just her little bum that moves from side to side as her toes and feet are by her head so ahea kind of curled up lol x
