[Am sorry if this topic is already discussed in another thread. if yes, would request to point to that thread ]
Hi Everyone,
After 2 painful miscarriages and numerous medical tests which did not reveal any obvious problem with me or my spouse,
I feel really sad and helpless about not knowing the cause of my miscarriages as well as not knowing
how to fix what was wrong with me and/or my spouse.
I have now realized that we have no other way than to rely on naturally making my body fitter to achieve a successful pregnancy.
So I started a series of changes in my lifestyle to become more healthy and to reduce stress in my life.
Here are some of the steps that I took to become healthier:
Is anybody else trying a similar approach to prevent miscarriages (or has previously tried it and been successful) ?
If yes, can you please share some tips or suggestions similar to above.
I sincerely feel if we there are others who believe in this approach and if we collectively share our knowledge and
suggestions, it will help at least some of us.
Thanks in advance for your comments

Here are some of the steps that I took to become healthier:
- Healthier diet in general
- Being happier - more entertainment and outings
- Reduced plastic usage
- Removed aluminium utensils
- Tried to buy organic vegetables
- started going to Gym for exercise
- Meditation
- Reduced packaged ready-made foods (snacks)
- Started eating Liver strenghtening foods so that my liver is able to effectively flush out toxins from my body
- Started praying more regularly to keep myself calm
- Taking a multi-vitamin to make sure we are not deficient in any nutrients.
- Reducing caffeine (we already do not drink or smoke)
Is anybody else trying a similar approach to prevent miscarriages (or has previously tried it and been successful) ?
