just broke...been having strong pains all night but not that strong, then a minute ago had a really sharp pain, felt a popping sensation and then out came the gush...what do i do? its not like im having unbareable contractions yet or anything? but i can feel them getting worse already

have a shower if you want and then phone the hospital and tell them. Get your bags together. Take a couple of paracetamol.

I wish u a very fast pain-free labour!!
Baths usually slow labour down unless more than 5cm (mw told me) thats y u cant get in a birthing pool before 5cm coz it may stop labour alltogether, but waters breaking is a great sign hun!!!! hopefully u'll be holding ur LO soon!!!
