Still not felt a definite kick!!!

What's going on??? :(

i'd count yourself lucky lol. sometimes it goes like that, i was being kicked left right and centre by Romi from around 16 weeks last time lol, and my sister was 29 weeks before she felt even one kick! she got checked and they said it was fine.

I'm sure it was before now with Jack. Consultant said it was fine but I'm a worrier and would feel better if I could feel him/her

I wouldnt worry to much mabye your little bubba is a chilled layed back kid who likes to take things in thier stride.
hope you feel something soon

if you can, get into somewhere dim/dark and find a strong torch, shine it directly onto your belly, bubs will kick or move towards the light! it works hinest haha, if bubs wants to be felt that'll work :D

OHHHHHHHHHH ive not heard that one before
i think i may try that tonight :D

its so much fun haha, we used to do it with Romi all the time, my sister was doing it the other night, she had malteasers in her bellybuttin then shone the torch and Trent kicked towards it lol

My brothers wife had a beautful calm baby who has now grown into a very calm natured 7 year old. My brother only felt him kick once throughout the whole pregnancy as his wife hardly ever felt him move. I guess some babies are just a lot more centred then others. Try not to worry.

which also works on the theory Romi liked booting me really hard, and now you cant stop him or shut him up lol, and he has an awful temper lol

Have yoour 20 week scan yet?
If the placenta is at the front it can stop you feeling the movements as much and so maybe dull the kicks a bit.
Don't worry though, i'm sure once it starts booting you in the bladder you'll realise you had it good.... lol. xxx

i didnt feel anything until i was past 20wks hun and now its non stop!

I have aways felt my movements late on and always had anteroir placentas.
I'm 24 wks now with #3 and she def doesn't wake me at night, in fact I can't say any of them physcially woke me at night until they were out and screaming for a feed!

Yes had it on Friday, the consultant checked that and he said that the placenta was at the back. He said some people don't feel the kicks as much and its nothing to worry about.

I was just expecting to feel this one more and sooner as its my second - oh well! like you say maybe when it starts I will think myself lucky!!! :D

Mine hasnt kicked either!
Saw the midwife on Friday though and all seems fine :)

Everyone is different. Maybe baby is just more calmer than most babies! Count yourself lucky! I can't even sneeze without getting a sharp kick in the bladder!
