Well done your doing fab! I have a curly wirly (6 syns) and a cuppa most evenings as my treat! And I had a naff day day after weigh in! I think allowing yourself some treats makes it a bit easier to stick to it the rest of the week. Good luck with 30 day shred!! I might do it tonight. I only got to day 4lst time lol xxx

Thanks Hon :-) Oh is a curly wirly only 6 syns ? I shall remember that for a choc fix when I get a sweet craving :-) I agree I think if you stop too much you crave more and end up scoffing loads lol
I'm back on it today, want to push and have given 3lb as my aim for next week!
Lol it was a bit tough, but as it's short bursts wasn't too scary ha ha I think Jillian Michaels is fab love biggest loser US

I've bought some of the be good to yourself sausages from sainsburys for a little treat in the week
Also got some sweet potato as may do a spicy grilled chicken with sweet potato jacket at some point :-) xxx

I chop all these and freeze a fruity ice cube to flavour my water :-)
 
Forgot to take pictures yesterday for most of the day ! Bit of a meh day !
Had rushed two Brown toast with butter at work for brekky as they had nothing else ! Then lunch was Tesco wafer thin ham, carrrots and strawberries

A snack of a flake !. Very hormonal then dinner was Philly stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon with sweet potato fries and mishrooms with garlic Philly. x
