My scan is....

Lol its the sperm that choose the sex as the egg never chances its the sperm that is either boy or girl. I wont try and get a girl but obviously next time if i get one it would be great but i doubt it. x

Yeah i know, i told hubby if it's another boy its all his fault

oh hun i hope youve started to come around to the idea now.

congrats on him being healthy too.

i saw some adorable brightly coloured outfits for boys in mothercare. :)

I was looking online and i cant seem to find much but i saw some nice bits on next but they are expensive. i think ill look in mothercare on saturday tho x

 glad all is well though,

try not to count ur self out of the running for girls in the future, our family has proven that it doesn't really matter what everyone else has had within the family...

Oh there are so many adorable boys clothes out there, in fact one of the main reasons I wanted a boy first time around was due to that fact!! I mainly want a girl this time because I know that I cannot compare the two if they are different sexes, but I still say that boys clothes are far nicer than girls!!!

my nanna has 11 children and her last was a girl only one out of all 11 but all of them have gone on to hae lots of girls of there own so dont think it always works like that. I know how you feel tho i really wanted a girl with both had a boy first then girl 2nd but its all i could think about 2nd time around it sounds horrible to other ppl but you cant help what you want of course you just want it to be heathly but at the back of my mind i just wanted a little girl so much and some ppl dont understand. I did get a girl what i love dressing up lol but i would deffo second what everybody else has said boys are mummys boys and are soooo loving my little boy is 5 now and brings me notes home from school every day saying how much he loves me, where my little girl is nearly 2 and when she gets asked who's girl she is its daddy's every time lol

I think that is right, i love having my daughter because girls clothes are nicer but at heart she`s a daddys girl, me and her dad split so thats hard to know but she always talks about him after shes talked about my mum lol i think shes #1- nannys girl #2daddys girl #3 mummys girl lol. im coming to terms with having a boy now its just im really really fussy when it comes to clothes, if i dont like it i wont get it so im being like that with all the boys clothes i see. i like jeans but are they comfy for a baby or will he be better in joggers? lol i think another reason i didnt want a boy is because its out of my comfort zone, im 1 of 3 girls and the only boys i no are my nephews and obviously a few boy mates x

I was very worried about having a boy as ever since I was little I had dreamt about having a girl and dressing her up etc. So when I went for a scan and they told me it's a boy I was like... erm, what am I gonna do with a boy, I don't like playing with cars and I certainly don't like the colour blue. But when I had my little boy.... I couldn't express enough how much I adore him, he is such a mummy's boy and I just... couldn't imagine my life without my little man in it! When everything else is crap he will come and give me a big hug and this is all I need...
I only would like to have a girl this time because I don't want to have any more kids and it would be nice to have one of each but it really doesn't matter as long as the baby is healthy (however much of a cliche it may sound)
I promise you will love every second you spend with him xx

Congratulations on your scan, and baby being all safe and well

I have two boys and one girl and I would be very pleased with another boy when I get pregnant again.

My boys are both Mummys boys and so affectionate and want cuddles and need mum more. Girls come out soo independant from the word go, and mine is lovely but a right stroppy pickle and needs me far less.

You can get some lovely boys clothes , and if you want baby jeans like you mentioned you can get some that look like jeans but are actually really soft material. You get lovely sport socks and baby baseball caps too!

Once youv'e had some time to get your head around it , your'll love it, fcar more exciting than pink!

Good for you girl! Your little madam will get used to it as well, believe me!

There's loads of cute Mickey Mouse etc stuff in Mothercare for boys, you will find plenty!

You don't need to feel bad, just a bit of time to get used to the idea, I know I did :)

Good luck x
