My mum has all the names I liked!!

My mum at the age of 40 ( RESPECT 8) ) has a 1 yr old - Callum, 2yr old - Bradley and 3yr old - Joanne

I love all those names and always wanted to use them and now I can't its quite easy to pick girls names but boys names are a nightmare! me and the bf are already arguing over names lol I have seen some lovely boy names but they just dont give me that feeling of yes I really want my son to be called that.

How hard have you all found it or not at all !

Yep I agree, there is not one name that really sticks out for me yet, im going to get a book of baby names when I get to 12 weeks and pour through that. Also me and my OH can never agree on names, do you find that?

yes me and the bf can't really agree but like you we not seriously thinking about names until 12 weeks x

i wanted more unusual names lol i had a girls name from day one - briegh-anna faith and only decided on Boys names at 40 weeks wen i found out i was having a boy lol

luckily it was left to me to decide other wise id have had a common name lol

I have always said if I have a girl she will be Leorah. We have decided if we have a boy he will be Noah but I am not absolutely sure! I like the name Zak but DH isn't so keen. We also liked Joshua but I'm not sure about that either!

Does it matter if your mum has them all? or is it a big NONO?? lol...probs not a good idea if you live with your mum? but if not i wouldnt rule them out completely!

Maybe use one of the names you like as a middle name? careys middle name is jake...after my brothers middle name.


Carey wasnt named until after he was born, but with this 1 ive already got a boys name planned nothing for a girl lol
