my first eva cakes

I did my first cake eva cake in feb this year so im only really new to cake making, just do them for family and friends at the min till i get abit better but I really enjoy it and might be summit I start more when baby comes.

I started a ten wk course in feb but 6 wks in o/h shifts changed at work so i had to stop as didnt have anybody to look after my little girl, so just been looking online when i need any help and and making it up as i go along alot lol

I look online for most of my ideas and have a few books. Im doing a princess peppa one for this wknd with 2 cake boards and peppa cup cakes underneth for my nieces party i will post a pic when is done I get really worried tho Im going to muck up lol Im sure i will get less stressed the more I do.

Hey Lanny Ive got 4 orders for cakes this week one of them being for a total chocaholoic so guess what hes getting?? A 'box of chocolates' cake! Been making all the truffles this morning, made coffee and walnut, (with a splash of tia maria, lemon and ginger, white rum and coconut, dark chocolate & Orange! Will post pics when finished.....have you done any more lately? xxx
