(who is 2) a HIGHLAND TOFFEE bar

Well she tried to! She'd unwrapped it all ready and I had to shout out that she couldn't have it because it would pull her teeth out.

In the past week she's had Maltesers, choc ices and now this off of her. All because we're in our back garden as the weather is better and she can see us.

What's the worst thing someone has tried to feed your little ones?

Not quite the same but my 2 year old gacve my 6 week old a dolly mixture sweet yesterday - he really rather enjoyed it and looked quite upset when a panicked mummy rushed in and took it out of his mouth!

:lol

DD tried feeding DS cheerios when I was out of the room when he was a tiny baby, I went in to find him choking then he was sick all over himself and in the middle of it was a cheerio. Suppose she was only sharing!

bless her Hannah would have just eaten it lol, a bit of toffee wont do lo any harm

i love highland toffee, its not very kind on the teeth though!!

i hate it when james has sherbert dibdabs, it goes everywhere!

My nan tried to give Evie a piece of ginger cake when she was about 8 weeks old  (she's getting on a bit and has alzheimers so I forgave her!)

Dunno... but lil miss stole my rice cake yesterday and had a chomp on it (note to everyone: rice cake covered in baby drool looses its edibility.. :rotfl: :rotfl: )

About 2 weeks ago she went for my toast and choccy spread, got choccy spread all over her hands and before I could clean her hands properly she popped them in her mouth.. she wasn't as impressed with chocolate as I thought she would be  :rotfl:

And she went for my milkshake and just got her mouth on the edge of the cup (was chatting to my mate atm and not paying full attention to the small creature whos learnt to effectively grab now ), there was a little milkshake on there and she got that on her tongue.... again.. not so impressed

So sadly its been me that has introduced naughty things to lil miss... Does that make me a bad mum?

Paris grabbed my jacket potato skin at 3 months and tried to stuff it in her mouth :rotfl:

if it does then i'm one too! last week for the first time millie tried chocolate buttons (she only had about 3) when she was too interested to just let me eat mine alone, and also when we were at my boyfs stepmum's for dinner and she was havin a diva-ish hissy-fit over dessert, i shared my apple pie and haagen dazs icecream with her, she loved it- kept her quiet!

If we're round at my parents house and we have pudding they will give the baby some of that - chocolate mousse, creme brulee, ice cream etc! I don't mind so much at what he's eating but I know that if it was me doing it my mum would whinge that I was going to make him fat! :wall:

My grandparents ALWAYS dip his dummy in their tea even though I've said not to.

My dad fed Jess some steak and kidney pie when she was only about 5 weeks old  God knows why :?
