my due date still a bit confused

im still a bit confused as to exactly how many weeks i actually am.
when i had my first scan i was 14 weeks and 2 days but the scan put me at 15 weeks 3 days. because its less than 14 days out they still kept me at 14 weeks but ive been going by the 15 weeks and counting from there.
i was looking at my notes and noticed that the piece of paper from the scan said the measurement either side of the head measured the 15 weeks but the femur length was put at 16 weeks.
could i be a few days ahead even more? does anyone know which measurement they use more?

It's a confusing business. My GP still goes by the due date from my last period but the hospital amended it after the first proper scan at 12 weeks. I think usually the scan dates are more reliable because you could conceive at various times during your cycle.

they have change dates loads of times.. it does your head in i know, i wouldnt wory baby will come when he is ready hun
