My cd has arrived!

Ordered my natal hypnotherapy cd on Monday and it arrived today! x I've read the guide that's included with it and I can't wait to start listening to it! x The guide has really struck a chord with me and I'm sooooo excited now x really really looking forward to giving birth now x

Ooo - this sounds interesting. I looked at hypnobirthing courses but they were like £300! How much was the CD and where did you get it from?

Natal hypnotherapy is the British 'version' of hypnobirthing and their website is www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk though I actually bought the cd from www.naturalbabyshower.co.uk as it worked out cheaper x lol x just listened to it for the first time and I love it! x
