Mucus Plug???

Hello all,

I think I have had the start of my plug today, it was pinky/red... to be fair I thought I had started bleeding, it was only as I wiped, and now I have drove home (I was finishing for the day) I haven't got anymore, but have a pain in my left hand side that comes and goes every so often... could it have been my plug? Trying not to get my hopes up as I know you can lose them over time!

You can absolutely lose it over time. I started losing mine a few weeks ago but it was clear then on this past Saturday it was tinged with yellow and yesterday tinged with brown and accompanied with painful Braxton hicks. I thought it was the start of something so I went walking, bounced on my ball, and dtd. Here I am feeling normal again lol. I'm due August 5.
But it's so different every pregnancy with my other 3 I never had blood in my plug only brown and I lost my plug the day of labor. So you never know it could be the start of things for you, good luck keep us posted.
