Hey everyone
I just had a query about the 10 recommended movements a day that we should be feeling. Do they mean 10 individual movements i.e 10 kicks, punches or nudges, or do they mean 10 periods of movements i.e one shuffle or change of position can consist of around 6 individual nudges etc so do they mean 10 of these?
Sorry if this sounds over technical but i just wasn't sure?
Any ideas?
