10 movements

Hi,

Just wondering about the 10 movements a day thingy, does that mean 10 individual kicks, or 10 kicking sessions do you know?

I was told it was 10 individual movements and that hiccups dont count.
Also if there is a dramatic decline in movements you should speak to MW

my midwife said it was 10 defined movements between 7am and 7pm . . . or a 12 hour gape (obviously depends on when you get up!)

Yeah, my midwife said the same - count 10 individual movements over a 12 hour period. Could be all at the same time if bump is being very energetic i suppose
