Morning sickness at 10wks?

im 10wks exactly and im just starting to get morning sickness thought id have already had it by now and itd been lucky and not got any, anybody else got it this late on?

hope it goes before i go on holiday ( 3wks ) cos last thing i want is going away feeling ikky

ditto. ive got sea bands on my wrists theyre easing it a bit but not massively, think ill get some ginger biscuits lol, just hope it dont get as bad as my previous 2 cos it was awful!!!!!!!!!

mine kicked in a 9weeks and lasted on and off until i was about 13weeks then i felt alot better.

I have been icky since friday, and I was 11 weeks yesterday.
I have lost my appetite completely (and as a gal who loves her food, this is VERY unsual!!)
Havent been sick, but really feeling icky.
Hope its passes soon for us all xx

Thanks Sassy, think I'll give the sea bands ago. I've tried the ginger biscuits....don't really work for me.
I can handle it if its only here for a few more weeks, but my partner informed me yesterday that it can last ALL pregancy , thanks honey bunny!!

Hi Sassy,

My morning sickness started at 8 weeks and I have been sick every morning without fail since then! It's just when I get up and then I feel ok. I start to feel queasy again in the evening and I am still feeling really knackered! Funnily though, even though it's horrible feeling sick, I wouldn't change it for the world as it gives me reassurance that I am still pregnant!!

Hopefully it will pass soon.

im just hoping that it goes before i go to spain in 3wks or itll be a very miserable holiday its my kids 1st one abroad too so really looking forward to it

tbh i hate feeling sick but at least the hormone levels are high which to me indicates its a good healthy pregnancy, but i really cant hack feeling this way, its hard with 2 kids under 5 cos i cant just laze about and sleep when i feel like it

hopefully it will pass though, im feeling better with the sea bands even if i look like a loon

Sea bands have helped me too....Ginger biscuits didn't help me much but ginger tea (homemade) has helped me a bit...but only when it is fresh and I drink it hot.

If anyone wants to make it, the recipe is as follows:

500ml of water, 3 cardamom pods, a cinammon stick and a 5cm piece of root ginger (peeled and grated).

Put all ingredients in the pan and bring to the boil, then simmer for 3 mins.
Then put through a sieve and serve hot.

Warning: It felt like it was burning my throat out at first but I do think it helped!!!

(You can also serve this cold and put fruit in it...but, for me, it worked better hot)

I was about 5 months the first time I felt and actually was sick.........before that I had felt a little bit icky in the mornings but nothing major at all, so goes to show it can hit you any time!

I got mine from about week 5 till about week 9, just felt sick all day!! Hideous. Its gone now that goodness!! Try flat lemonade, it really helps xxx

they say it peaks at 9-10 weeks.

mine got slighter better between the 9th and 10th week now going into my 11th week i feel like shite again
