Not sure what advice to give you about having to travel to work, i cant even do i 5 minuite journey.
Ginger is suppose to help with nausea.
mine has finaly started to settle down a bit this week (nearly 11 weeks) but it was at its worst last week.

I spoke too soon :wall: Its back & its much worse :(

My "morning sickness" gets worse as the day goes on. I can just about cope during the day at work by keeping busy and eating constantly but by 5pm I really just find it hard to function. Even sipping water makes me feel sick.

I am finding that I am producing loads of saliva which makes me feel even worse.

The only time I don't feel sick is when I'm eating. Immediately afterwards, It's back again! And if I eat too much in the evening, it comes back up again.

I have found that sipping fizzy drinks helps a bit.

Morning sickness is all in our heads! All we have to do is 'fight it'. Professer OH will be publishing his paper shortly -

I look forward to it's publication! I shall write my own article titled 'have a look at the toilet/sink/bath/road and the vomit that has just erupted out of my mouth and then tell me it's all in my bloody head'

LOL :D

He has now changed his theory having read some pregnancy books - is now being an irritating 'expert' instead of being irritatingly clueless :rotfl:
