MMM - shouldn't be posting in here

Hey Ladies,

As I am not strictly TTC, I shouldn't really be posting in here. I did not want to go back on the pill after the MC and I have a latex allergy so we haven't been using any contraception. I have been paying very close attention to my cycle and avoiding sexy time around when I suspect I am ovulating (based on CM).

My issue is therefore this, we had sexy time on 8th July and on the 11th I noticed lots and lots of EWCM (this was CD 12). Like seriously lots more than I have ever seen before in my cycle. It lasted until 13th and then disappeared. So I am guessing I must have ovulated around then at some point. Have I cut it too close this month?

How soon can you get symptoms? I remember last time, noticing a few days before my period was due that I was peeing LOADS and I was a bit more tired than usual, oh and my nose was bleeding when I was blowing it, but other than that I can't really remember much.

I would say its possible you are pregnant, i think you can get symtoms anytime about a week after OV, when is AF due? xxx

I am a little confused actually - my period tracker app says AF is due on the 28th July which would be a 28 day cycle, but I reckon it will be before that based on when I reckon I ovulated and because my normal cycles pre mc were between 25-27 days.

Don't get me wrong, I will be happy should it happen again and I am very much of the opinion that it would be 'meant to be' sort of thing (I'm probably sounding like a eeejit here). I only starting pondering yesterday when I have noticed I've been peeing a bit more than normal and there has been blood when I blow my nose again oddly. I'm probably reading waaaay too much into this here. Lol!

thanks hun, your not being silly hun, as you say if it happens it's meant tp be. I would go by your body signs rather than cycle length, mine were always off by a few days. i think as soon as implantation happens (as early as 6DPO) HCG builds up in your blood first so thats whn your symptoms start before a urine test will show positive, i def had symptoms before i had a positive test.

I hope you will keep us updated? would love for you to get a BFP

I guess I'll just have to wait a bit and see what happens. Its a bit torturous the waiting malarkey isn't it? lol.

I reckon I am about 7-8dpo so I'll give it a few more days and maybe do a test. Eeeek!

Hey nurse

I did a test a few days ago but it was a BFN but then I think it was probably waaaay to early. I reckon going by when I ovulated AF should be due Tuesday/Wednesday so I'm gonna give it until then before j spend any more on tests (I became obsessed with this last time I'm not kidding I must have spent £100+ on tests lol

I still feel a bit odd, but I'm not sure if it is my mind playing tricks on me haha
