miscarriage?

I think i started my period today (2 days early) to a usually regular cycle. I usually have a couple of light days before it becomes heavier but nothing too bad. I had horrible sweats and stomach pains this morning and felt very sick think morning and have bled very heavily all day. Sorry if this is TMI but I had big clots tonight too. Does anyone know if this could be an early miscarriage? I've had 2 previously and if it is a miscarriage wonder whether I should get in touch with the docs now? Thanks for any advice?

It could be a miscarriage, it sounds similar to what mine was like. Best get yourself to the doctor to get checked out as soon as poss.
