Microwave steriliser bags?

Has anyone used these microwave steriliser bags? I saw them on the kiddiecare website.

If you breastfeed is it really necessary to buy a steriliser? Could the bags be used if I need to sterilise a bottle to express into or a dummy?

my mum uses these - useful if u are breastfeeding but need to steralise the breast pump or something else.

I used to carry a few of these on me incase i was out and about or i was going away with harrison.
I am planning on bf'd this time around and have still bought a steriliser.
