metformin!??

Emma - how long have you been on metformin for?? hope the interview went well FX x x

totally agree if it gets me that all important bfp then i will give anything ago even dodgy guts too!!

I have been on and off metformin for years DW but I have gone back on it properly in the last 3 months.
Took 1 slow release tablet a day for ages (I struggled on the full normal metformin, so slow release works much better for me - ask your Dr about it if you struggle too) then started to increase about 4 weeks ago!!

It's going well if truth be told DW - apart from the occasional bad stomach.

Interview went well btw. FX I get it!!Will keep you posted.

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 5 years ago and had no periods for years and since TTC my GP put me on Metformin 1000mg daily a year or so ago to regulate my hormones (my bmi was also high). It did give me a bad stomach at the start but after about 3 months my cycles returned, I would recommend it to help regulate!
