Measuring 26 weeks???

Hi guys, had my 24 week apt with the midwife this morning. She said I was carrying quite large.

She felt round tummy and she said she could feel the baby nice and clearly, she said the uterus is in the right place for 24 weeks but Im measuring 26!!!???

Any one else had this? I'm quite excited at the thought!!!

Fundal height measurements aren't really that accurate, my Midwife said one person can do it and measure you at, say 30 weeks and another one could measure you at 28 weeks.
Towards the end of my pregnancy I was measuring 2 weeks behind but baby was 7lb 8oz when she was born at 38 weeks gestation.

I think they can be as much as 4cms out so I wouldn't worry about it, it depends on who is measuring you.
