Maybe im just not ovualting?!?!

Hi guys,
Im now on CD21 and still havent had a line that is as dark as the control line on my OPK's. Im starting to get worried and thinking maybe im just not ovulating at all! Xx

How long is your cycle normally?

If you're worried about whether you're ovulating, perhaps you should book in to see the nurse at your GP's and see if you can get any blood tests done. In the meantime, keep going with the OPKs, you might just be ovulating late. If you're stressed out etc, it can delay ovulation too.

Hi ladies, My cycle is normally 28-29 days apart from last month as of complications. I got very faint lines on cd18 and they were the darkest ive had and then cd19 went back to nothing, The lines that i got were only visible in some light though. xx

My OPKs are never as dark as the control line but my blood works suggest I'm OVin fine.

You need to be comparing your test lines to each other first and foremost - your strongest line for the cycle is probably your surge.

If all your lines are similar, then you should see your GP

Hi louise, Thanks for the reply. My strongest OPk was CD18 but i wouldnt say it was anything major, But saying that all of my other tests have near enough nothing on them, Just confused as the lines on CD18 werent exactly clear but were defo there and they are the only ones i have had, The day after this it went back to nothing. xx

This was my strongest line. Only really had lines for 2 days as well and felt exactly the same. Had the faintest of lines for a few days after. Hope this makes you feel better. Mine was around the same day (see my journal). Sorry for crap quality!

thats about as dark as my cheapies got when i was getting smiley faces on the digital opks....... xx

No probs. Go to journal section on main page - here is link. haven't got pics on there but wrote about OPK lines. I called them OV before I realised should be OPK lol - http://www.pregnancyforum.co.uk/ttc-journals/139830-ttc-1st-baby.html to be honest, the days they were very very faint were prob just evaps. bottom of page is where recorded last month xx

Erm to be honest i dont really know if you would be able to tell as the line is so faint. If you want i could always try? xx

go for it try not to worry hun, i think some months we can miss ov at all, or might be that you're testing at wrong time of day or surge just isn't strong enough to show.

am off to bed but will be back on tomorrow night.x
