I didnt deal wiv it v well last pregnancy.. dont know how to this one. As i crave sweets/bad chocolate lollies. Ok biscuits n tea aint great either but after miscarriage i decided to do something about sugar intake and lowered it. Now its like sweets and icecream r 20g+ sugar whereas biscuits i have are 6g tops for 4.

I really dont wanna overdo sugar.
I cant find a way to deal with this at the moment. What snacks can i buy instead of biscuits that will last in date (issue with having fruit as replacement)?
I was also really dieting prior to conception and in 2ww so may calories still aint really high as ive not yet massively added any.. this is bad right?
I decided to add 2 slices of toast a day and now they make me feel sick as well.
How do people keep calories "up" without lots of sugar?
Maybe im just a terrible eater?

Even weirder it allowed me to eat fish today (i upped my fish to twice a week of omega rich) and fish usually makes.me feel sick before getting pregnant whereas so far its ok to eat? Bodies are weird right?
