I'm the same. My nipples are only sore on and off, and some days it sends me into anright panic, especially because I don't have any other symptoms like sore boobs or nausea. The only other things I've had is tiredness and constipation. The Joy's xxx

I have the constipation too and its driving me mad. I've taken tablets and I'm still only going every 3rd or 4th day. Crazy how one or two little growing people can change our bodies without even being big enough to push on everything yet

Yes twins! I'm so excited and feeling so scared/nervous/overwhelmed at the same time.. waiting to hear from hospital for a date and time for my scan to see and check on them as haven't heard the hearts beat yet as my dating scan was so early so praying they're both sticking around long term x

My sore boobs have eased off too but I have had constant sickness (so much for worry about putting on weight lol) but I also cant shake the scared feeling of worry until I see them too.

I've had a rough few days as my partner has really screwed things up between us atm as he was a drug addict a long time ago and relapsed briefly last week and as much as he was honest and upfront with things it's really thrown me and I feel like I'm better off doing this all alone now. My best friend says to give him a chance as hes got alot going on between me carrying twins and his mum just found out she's got cancer but I feel like it should've made him stronger to fight it not want to escape reality. All I can think of is whats going to happen when both babies are here and his mum is going through chemo and radiation at the same time, will it break him again or? I'm so emotional and so unsure what to do. The only good things i have right now is my daughter, my pregnancy and the fact he lives 5 hours away so I dont have to look at his face right now..

Congratulations on the twins.. was it bit off a shock finding out. Any twins on either sides?

So sorry to hear ur having a rough time though with the dad. It is really tough situation. U sound like a strong woman and you will make the right choices whatever u decide regarding ur other half.

My son had app with the GP today so I took the opportunity off telling her I was pregnant via a note so my son didn't hear anything .
She has sent urgent referral for me for early scan (which I have gotten in past due to only having one tube left)
I also consultant led due to my eldest daughter having spina bifida .
Doc asked me was I on higher folic which I have been taking from August. Now I'm worried I haven't been taking it long enough. I'm also taking pregnacare.
I just really hope this baby is fine and healthy. I have a 1in25 chance apparently after having genetics done..

There is 1 set of twins on my dads side of the family in my nana's generation and they're girl/boy. They're in their 70s now but that's the only twins we've tracked through the family. Definitely a huge shock and I'm excited but very overwhelmed. Hoping I will get a scan soon and get a picture to share

We’ve had such a struggle to get pregnant, I don’t think I could do ttc again, we will only have one BUT dh’s mum is an identical twin and he has a set in his dads brothers too so if we got twins I wouldn’t be too upset lol.

So exciting. I wish I was saying the same thing. But I've a long way to go, well it feels that way.

Is anybody else constantly hungry?

OMG, yes! I can't remember if I was this way so early in my last pregnancy but I just can't stop eating. I'll have a meal, feel full, then half an hour later I'll have serious hunger pains as if I've not eaten all day.

I've zero symptoms yet - well i suspose I do feel abit nauseous at times but nothing on scale that is bad.
I'm lying in bed and I feel little sharp shooting pains in my lower belly. Almost like a burning pain. I hope everything is alright in there.

I don’t know how I would cope with the idea of 6 night shifts in a row. When are you going to tell work you’re pregnant? They might want to know sooner rather than later if you’ve got such a demanding job?

I’m ok, I have literally no appetite though which is really annoyingly I’ve always been such a big eater, and I’m getting bouts of nausea that come and go, I haven’t actually been sick yet although I thought I was going to be yesterday as I was dry heaving.

A little giggle for everyone..
we have a pet lamb we are bottle feeding and shes become a bit bloated. We took her for a decent walk up and down our road this arvo, my daughter heard a noise and cheered thinking it was the lamb passing wind but turns out the walk helped my bloat more than the lambs hehe! I couldn't stop laughing she was horrified however haha

I don’t know how I would cope with the idea of 6 night shifts in a row. When are you going to tell work you’re pregnant? They might want to know sooner rather than later if you’ve got such a demanding job?

I'm planning on telling them next week if my manager comes in on a morning shift, its very hard to catch them face to face as they work 9-5 and I'm usually well gone by 9am. If I dont catch them next week I'll just email and let hem know.

Its abit of a nightmare there atm because weve got so many people of on A/L and sickness and were all expected to pick up extra shifts.

I usually do 4 in a row every week so shouldn't be too much of a struggle after the first few.

Ugh theres nothing worse than feeling sick it's horrible. My appetite is through the roof. Usually dont have much of one but lately I cant stop eating xx

I got heart palpitations with my panic attacks/anxiety which are often caused by hormones for me. Not sure how normal it is in pregnancy but its normal for your heart rate to increase a few beats so maybe your just more aware?xx
