Measuring perfectly for 7weeks and we saw that heartbeat fluttering away. Can’t quite believe this is happening for us, it feels so real now!

I've just been to the loo and had some red stringy spotting, :|. Not sure what to do, its thr weekend so cant call the gp like last time. Worried now as last time it was just abit of pink spotting but this looked red and stringy. My nipple soreness has completely dissapeared since I've got home from work too. :? I'm supposed to be in work for the next five nights too. Not sure what to do. :|

Try not to panic, you’ve had spotting before and you were ok. As for the nipples, my boob tenderness has disappeared completely a few days ago, I panicked but the scan today showed all was ok. I’d call 111 and see what they recommend? I think before 16weeks it you bleed on the weekend you’re supposed to go to A&E but I’m not sure.

Maybe call in sick if you’re not up to working tonight?

I think im going to try and get some sleep, was in work last night and was just about to head to bed ready for tonight.

I dont think my EPU does scans on the weekend anyway, as it was literally one wipe again, I think I'll see and wait what happens. I'll try and book in with GP on Monday then and see what they say. It was like the spotting I get when AF is staring :(, like stringy red cm. But was only one wipe again.

If it comes back heavier then I'll ring 111 and have to phone in sick to work. Haven't even told work yet, was hoping to catch my manager one morning next week :sad: xx

Thread hopping here but @maythe4thbewit why don't you have a quick look online at window to the womb for an appointment? Hopefully there is one not too far from you. I know the one in my area generally has appointments on the same day and are open to 9pm. Would save you worrying all weekend and I don't think it's too overally expensive for an early reassurance scan.

Hi, just been reading this forum & I had spotting at 5 weeks resulting in a scan & I then had it again at 7 weeks. The 7 weeks was red & stringy & went on for a few hours for me coupled with cramping. I'm now 17 weeks today so try not to worry too much.

My local EPU were happy not to see me for a 2nd time when I phoned them about the spotting at 7 weeks. It can still be common for some women.

I'd keep an eye on it & phone 111 if it gets worse.

No more spotting since. Just that one wipe again. Dont know if its worth bothering about?

Window to the womb by me dont do early reassurance scans. For some reason the one in my area only does them from 16 weeks.

I think mothercare by me does them for 80 pound though which isnt to bad. Thyenjbly do them on the weekend in the one by me. I could book one for 11am tomorrow but that would mean staying awake for a few hours after my nightshift. Not sure weather to book one or kot as if not had any since xx

I guess it just depends how much you will worry? My early scan was with ultrasound direct, it was £70.

I’m glad no more spotting though, maybe you’ll just be one of those ladies that has the occasional spot x
 
I'm probably due around the 15th. Scan next week. Like Iris, I had an early loss last month too. Around 6 weeks, it was awful. So hoping this one goes better.

I've booked in for the morning half last 10.
I've still got cramping, but I've had this since I found out. No more spotting since though. Hopefully all is ok. By been two weeks since the last time I was in a panic :sad: xx
