Morning ladies & new ladies!! Hope all are well and everything is looking ok this morning.

I have yet another banging headache but at least only at work till 1pm as I then have my booking in appointment and won't come back to work. If I get home early enough I may squeeze in a little lie down before lo gets back at 5

I hope your booking appointment goes ok tinks. Headaches suck! Mine have thankfully passed.

I've got my early scan at 11:20 this morning and feel paranoid that something has gone wrong

Good luck for your appointment tinks and your scan gayle.
I'm ok today, off to do the weekly shop in a bit as our cupboards are bare. Going to get some pregnancy vitamins as I had been using normal multivits until I saw on the pack middle of last week that they're not suitable during pregnancy (due to the vitA I think). Glad I realised early on before i went through the whole pack! Also going to check out comfy bras x

I'm just taking folic acid and vit d Lucy cos I have quite a healthy diet and I think I get plenty of the other needed init , also take low dose asprin this time and progesterone cream doing everything possible to help keep this bean sticky least il know then I did everything in my power happy shopping I hate food shopping I have to go Friday and do a months worth urghh I hate it , I've got nausea back this morning I had to change the bin bag in kitchen bin and I was gagging well safe to say that isn't my job any more unless they want sick every where lol xx

Yeah I do wonder if I need it because I eat a lot of fruit, veg and salad, but I think I'll give them a go just to be on the safe side. Food shopping is crap isn't it. Hubby was going to come and help me before he goes to work but he's got a stinking cold and is on the sofa with a lemsip. At least he can come and carry the heavy bags for me when I get home I'm feeling lucky not to have had any sickness or nausea yet. Last week I thought I had a couple of waves of nausea but its been when I've been starving and I always feel queasy when I'm hungry so don't think it was hormone related! X

I was told as long as you take folic acid (and vit d if you can) that you don't need to buy any other pregnancy vitamins as they are just money makers and are not necessary. That's for the good luck messages etc just waiting a call to find out my scan time x

Ohhh gd luck sproglet can't wait to see ya scan , Lucy just a word of advice if u get the pregnacare plus they can cause terrible sickness so I've heard and read but I was also told that the supermarket own brande are just as gd xx
