As you all know I was booked in for an induction at 41w 5 days as Max showing no sign of arrival!
I arrived at the hospital at 1120am & given a tour and shown to my private too
. I was then put on a trace for 30 min and had bp, temp etc checked.
The first pessery was inserted at 1220pm.
It didn't do much & fell out at about 4pm, so had another one inserted.
I started contracting at 630pm, every 4-5 mins lasting 30 secs.
I was taken to delivery suite at mid night as progress slow so had my waters broken, contractions then became intense, 4 in every 10mins.I then had the urge to push, I was pushing for 2 hours but just could not get max out, so I was taken into theatre & given a spinal anaesthetic which numbed me from waist down, I was cut & max delivered by forceps.
I tore inside too so am stitched right up, I'm very sore and swollen & in a lot of pain!!!
He is totally worth it though & I'd do it all again for him xX
