i took it for 2 cycles and the cycle i got my bfp i did take it(which was the 2nd cycle) swear it works, so good luck
because i ovulated around day 30 i took it from day 20 first cycle took it 3 times a day 5mls but imwas so wet - sorry tmi but it was too much so the 2nd BFP cycle i took it from day 22 and took it twice a day and it was just the right CM balance if you get me not too much but noticed a difference.

Sammy some people take it just for the week before ov some take it from the 1st day of AF until ov.

U started on CD3 and will stop when i ovulate
