well now they have issued a description of a man seen on the night she went missing holding a child walking in the area of the hotel .

Im not being funny or critical (well i am i suppose) but isn't it three freaking weeks late to do this

It all seems a bit of a farce doesn't it? No wonder the paretns don't want to leave the country - id want to be there too making sure the police were doing something.

I think their description is kinda vague to be honest, half the men in the country will look like that and really a box of hair dye, a change of clothing and he'd look completely different anyway. It's like saying "white male about 5"10 wearing jeans" ok that's 90% of the UK's male population. Oh and yeah the description etc is kinda late

My Bethany who is nearly 4 so the same age as madeleine looks so much like her its creepy. i think thats why its affected me so much. Every time Bethany does or says something typically 4 year old i think of that poor little girl and whats shed doing and where she is???

Its seems as tho the police are grasping at straws?? That description today..WHAT??? It could be anyone!!! And they said on Sky News that a witnes of the McCann party had seen a child being carried away....WHAT??!!! A friend of the McCanns who was dining with them, saw a man carrying a child away who looked like Madeline...I find that too bizarre for words really......

I really do believe she is alive, I just wish someone somewhere had a photo or some CCTV footage to prove so...

yeah i know. i think thats been pretty obvious though from the start. they have always said that the little girl went missing between 9 and 10 pm.

its disgraceful really isn't it. But hey ho whats done is done. poor child

Mcanns in portugal also said last week that they checked on her last and no mention of the friend. i reckon its someone from the resort maybe that was watching people there and was looking for a target.

I knoiw they have been totally crap, and if that was my child I would have very little faith in them. They have been so slow in releasing any info, it's so sad.

50 minutes, thats ages. I was having this conversation with my gRan (I was orphaned, she and my grandad brought me up from 4), and she said she used to leave the 3 of us in the hotel room when we were little and go back and check on us. I'd never do that to my kids But maybe times were different then?!!! I don't hold it against her!!!!

It's haunting me too. My Molly is exactly five days older than Maddie. I can't stop thinking about how they must be feeling.

The police have been totally crap over the whole thing. Let's just pray they can match the DNA and find the culprits.
