MA and paid holidays?

I am going to claim MA cos i have not been with my employer long enough for SMP. With our work we get paid a weeks holiday at xmas, a week at easter and 2 weeks in the summer. I was wondering if i was entitled to those weeks paid even if i am on ML and if not do i accrue them?
