Low(ish) progesterone @ 7 weeks

I got my numbers back yesterday and HCG is 8600 which they said is good but progesterone is 10.58 and they said they were looking for 12 or something originally. The dr wasn’t in and I basically talked to a moron on the phone who gave me no info re: what this means. I’m nervous this means I am miscarrying??
