Hi!
Trying to be optimistic as I have 2 weeks + left until my dating scan but I am approx 10wk and have lost my nausea and breast tenderness :( the only symptoms I still have is feeling full quicker. Has anyone else experienced this before? I know it can be a sign of a missed misscarrige 2 weeks seems like such a long time to wait to find out

If your worried ring you EPU or GP and ask if they'll do a blood test to check Hcg levels.

I had similar happen to me and unfortunately for me it was due to a mmc. However, that isn't always the case!! So step away from Google, and try to relax as best you can. Sometimes pregnancy symptoms can come in waves. My previous pregnancy I had sickness until 20+ weeks, then I went and I thought thank god. But it soon returned at 30+ weeks. As your hormones fluctuate so will your symptoms xxx

Try not to get yourself too worked out.
The symptoms droppin could just be a case that the placenta is taking over a lot of the work by now, which is very plausible meaning your body doesn't have to do so much.

I think the chance of a miscarriage at this stage is fairly low and just gets lower now by the day.

Around that time symptoms normally ease up a little, try not to worry

Your placenta starts to kick in a 10 weeks, so many women notice a drop in symptoms around then! Its possible its a MMC but they're actually incredibly rare (you would just think they're more common based on forums) so try to stay positive. Its way more likely that baby is ok and you're just noticing the end of tri 1. :) Ring EPU to see what they can do for you though!
