Longer than 5 wks to see bfp?

Hello
Just popping my head round the door to ask advice.
I'm on CD38 today with a bazillion preg symptoms and we BD at the right time etc so it's a good chance I'm preg.
But! No AF and bfns all the way.

So my question is - did anyone get bfns for ages ie 5wks+ and then get a bfp? And how did you not lose hope?

Going slowly nuts here so any help very welcome!!

I just wanted to say, my sister got BFNs til she was 9 weeks pregnant so don't lose hope. x x

Yep, she said she just had a niggly feeling which spurred her on to keep testing.

Me Hun I am 6 weeks 2 days and at 6 weeks was my first FAINT positive...
Don't loose hope x
