Llikes & Dislikes

I've recently discovered that Elizabeth absolutely adores being tickled really lightly on her back, as soon as I start she just stops dead and sort of 'zones out' she gets little goose bumps on her arms and if I do it for long enough she falls into a contented sleep, it's only recently I've noticed this as she was always too wriggly for any sort of baby massage before now and she'll only just tolerate being rubbed with cream/balm etc!

Just wondering if any of you have discovered LO's have a peculiar like or dislike...

Brocolli?? Any reason that you can think that would have caused it or just irrational fear? That's funny. I wonder will it stay with her?

Do you find reaction to the tickling so sweet? Elizabeth just sort of freezes and looks to the middle distance mind you I'd probably like it if somebody lightly tickled me to sleep every night too!!!!

Caitlyn loves a baby massage and loves it when we massage down her arms and into holding her hands,

She hates when we hold her head in the bath, she likes to be free

Evie just loves being naked! She loves her books too- it's quite weird to watch her with the books cuse she's just working out how to turn pages!

She hates getting out of the bath and she hates getting dressed!

She likes baths, noodyness, lots of attention, silly noises, tickles and foooooooood.

So far the only thing we've found out she doesn't like is kazoos. You know, the silly musical instrument. My nephew was playing with his and she pouted and cried. He did it quietly and she pouted. He went out into the garden to play it and every time she heard even a hint of it out came the petted lip.

Calleigh loves baths, nakedness and laughs at mummy singing to her

She hates daddy sneezing and the hot weather.

Maddison loves her back being tickled, her feet being kissed, sneezing (she giggles like mad after she sneezes), giving cuddles (she holds on and goes 'ahhhh') and she loves having her fingers sucked

She hates the hoover, hairdryer and is a bit weird if she is on grass. She doesnt like to crawl on it

he hates it when people sneeze and tho he loves water hates getting wet in the rain,first drip that lands on him n hes cries

Corey hates baths... thats about the only thing I can think of. Oh and sleeping during the day, he hates doing it, but will cave in eventually.

He loves milkys, cuddles, his changing mat - as odd as that sounds I got the stoopidly expensive one with the toy bar going accross it, the i love my bear range in toys r us. But he loves it, really pleased about that or OH would have killed me !! He loves, car rides, buggy rides and attention.

Thomas the tank, he crys when it comes on and tigger from the 3d pooh cartoon!

I've got a strange one- she loves golf (such a daddy's girl ) we actually ended up recording some of the golf the other week as she is transfixed by it (gives mummy some time to actually get something done!)

she also loves naked time and her bath.

I'm going to try it! Anything that transfixes her for a little while sounds good to me!

Alex likes it when Lydia jumps up and down or runs towards him. It cracks him up and laughs like a maniac, it's so cute.

Dislikes - the bath. Screams and screams and screams. I've just given him one - flipping knackered I feel like I've been wrestling a lion!

Finn loves standing (even though he can't do it on his own!). If he's on my he will take my hands and arch his back so he slides down to the ground :rotfl

He hates..plain water - it's OK with a bit of squash in it but plain is poison to him! He also hates hates hates having his face wiped after dinner. He also hates the sound of his Dad's drill - not the battery one but the one that plugs in to the wall!!

When we go swimming, the hairdryers make him scream yet he has no problem with mine at home!!

He loves stones in the garden and the watering can, he loves water in general (swimming, baths, puddles etc) and his new fave is colouring - everything in bloody sight and loves chasing me and playing hide and seek

He hates getting his bum changed and hides when he does a poo (yeah like im not going to smell that) and hates being straped in to his highchair
