Is it sufficient defence for murder if someone wakes you up after youve had 4 hours broken sleep and are sick?

How about if they also wake your baby in the process who was only fed an hour previously and fast asleep so could realistically be expected to stay asleep for another 2 hours. But instead is now wide awake and screaming to be got up.

No? dammit.

i think it's a good enough excuse! bloody silly man! and kinda off topic, but i heard ages ago it's legal to kill your MIL if you're a pirate

Surely you could plead diminished responsibility!!!

is that true alice?
